Air Busan received a commendation from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in recognition of its excellent performance in safe operations by strengthening safety capabilities.
As of last year, Air Busan has maintained a record of zero accidents or near-accidents for 11 years. In addition, last year, we have realized safety values such as ▲promoting aviation safety by establishing a safety data sharing system ▲safety culture activities by establishing a reporting culture such as increasing autonomous reporting ▲on-site focused safety assurance activities through safety audits and investigations. Thanks to this, it recorded the best performance among national companies in the ‘Aviation Operations Safety and Indicators’ managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
An Air Busan official said, “Despite the busy situation with the re-opening last year, we have set ‘safety’ as a key promotion goal and have been working hard to strengthen safety capabilities.” He added, “Safety is Air Busan’s No. 1 core value, and we will continue to conduct thorough safety management this year.” “We will remain the safest airline that customers can trust.”
